We used Riviera Maya Baby Gear For Rent for two car seats in December.
Their customer service was impeccable! They met us at the car rental kiosk and were quick to adjust their time to meet us (due to quicker customs, etc).
The car seats were in great condition. Lily also gave up some travel tips while we were there.

We have a 2 months old baby and we didn’t want to travel with all his baby gear! Riviera Maya BabyGear delivered the stroller we needed way in advance in awesome condition.
It was very clean and carefully wrapped, it looked like it was never been used!
The pricing was very reasonable and way less expensive than shipping ours!
I’ll will rent from them again next time!

The resort we stayed at only offered pack'n plays which wasn't going to cut it for my toddler's bed. Riviera Maya Baby Gear was easy to book and handled delivery and pick up without using having to do a thing.
They communicated well throughout the process so we always felt assured the crib would be there and ready for us.
We'll definitely be using them for our next trip to Cancun!

I was so happy to find this service! We traveled to Cancun last week with a 4 month old and a 3 year old. We rented a baby crib, play mat, baby gym, bouncy seat, and beach toys.
All the items were delivered to our hotel and the hotel staff set everything up before our arrival. Pick-up was easy as well.
I highly recommend this service! I know we'll be using it again on our next trip.

Riviera Maya Baby Gear was the key to a perfect vacation in Playa Del Carmen with our two girls. The kids had everything they needed to be entertained, which was great for mom and dad. We didn’t have to pack anything for the international flight - they took care of everything.
We rented a high chair, swing, play yard (which was awesome for our littlest one at the beach), toys, a bouncer, and floaties for swimming. The items were practically brand new and totally clean. Everything was the same brands and types we have in the US.
The items can be rented through their online system which was easy, and we paid via PayPal. We have high standards and have used many gear rental companies while traveling, and this one stands out as the best!
