Please read our booking policies & procedures thoroughly, advise us if you have any questions.

● Hours of Operation: 8am – 8pmlocal time, 7 days a week. $15 USD fee will be charges to client for delivery outside of these times.

● Delivery fee from 20.00 to 65.00 depending location. Clients can opt to pick items up from our storage unit to avoid delivery fee.

● Client will be billed $15 USD plus delivery fee for any additional add-on items except in situations where we are replacing an item at our own discretion.

● Payment options: cash (USD & MXP), all major credit and debit cards through Paypal.

● Cancellations submitted prior to 14 days will receive a full refund, Cancellations request submitted prior 7 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellation request prior 4 days will be charged 50% of the total of the order value. Should you re-book within 90 days, we will apply this amount towards your next order. Within 72 hours or same day cancellation are non-refundable. High season cancellations are non-refundable. (From November to April)

● Clients are responsible for paying missing, soiled, or damaged items. Please do not bring battery-operated toys to the beach or pool areas. Only bring beach-appropriate toys to sandy areas. $15 USD cleaning charge for heavily soiled equipment.

● Client will consent to providing us with a Paypal email account or written confirmation that they will pay any outstanding charges in cash or by check within 15 days after their rental period.
